How soon should we book Steven as our photographer?

Accepted Answer

Generally, as soon as possible. Bookings can be made up until the morning of your wedding (if Steven is available, and it's logistically possible). A lot of Steven's couples book his services anywhere between 3 months and a year in advance.

Do you need to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

All bookings require a deposit. This is typically between 15-20% of the amount due on invoice. However, Steven fully understands deposits fly out the door when it comes to weddings, so he is really easy when it comes to organising payment plans and is open to discussing payment terms on a case-by-case basis that works best for you!

Do you shoot more than one wedding a day?

No. Couples who book Steven for the day get his undivided attention with no pressure with respect to timings.

Question 4

How soon will I receive my wedding photographs after the big day?

Accepted Answer

Typically, for a full day wedding, up to 8 weeks depending on how busy Steven is around the time of the wedding taking place. It's not uncommon for Steven to deliver the photographs sooner than later!

Photos are typically delivered digitally via PixieSet and Dropbox. Printing options are available on discussion, but Steven finds most couples do their own thing these days with the numerous services available online.

Question 5

Are there limits on the photographs we receive?

Accepted Answer

No limits.

As Steven says to  clients - "If I take 300 photos of your wedding, and give you 200 photos, what am I going to do with the other 100 photos? It's not my wedding..."

Question 6

Does Steven travel outside of Ireland for weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and has done so for other couples in the past. Any travel outside of Ireland will need to be discussed with Steven directly. He can create and invoice for a bespoke package that covers all his expenses.

Question 7

Can Steven print albums and canvases?

Accepted Answer

Yes - Steven can help facilitate the printing of albums and other physical formats at an additional price (typically the face value of the album and a small set-up fee).

Is Steven lots of fun?

Absolutely. Steven is probably the most stress-free professional photographer on the Irish market. He is also fond of very cheesy jokes and one-liners.
